As the name deftly implies, the GameAgent blog is not just about us posting GameAgent news and trying to sell you stuff (though we love it when you buy!).  No, the idea behind the GameAgent blog is that it’s open to everyone, not just us high-and-mighty admins.  And to show you we mean it, we’re giving out discounts and FREE games to those that want to participate!

We started this feature upon the initial launch of the GameAgent blog, though things have died down a bit since.  Well, here’s a reminder: If you have a user review of a Mac game (any Mac game), send it in to gameagent@aspyr.com for publishing to the GameAgent blog, and we’ll get you a coupon code that could be good for a free game from the GameAgent store!  Pretty simple, really–it’s all based on word count.  For every 100 words, you get 10% off a game of your choice.  That means 1000-word reviews are good for a free game!  For details and submission guidelines, check out the User Review Guidelines page.

Similarly, if you have something you’ve just been dying to get off your chest, send in a draft to the GameAgent blog!  This can be reactions to news, thoughts on upcoming games, tips and tricks for existing games–anything you like, really!  And like the user reviews, you’ll get a 10% discount for every 100 words.

We’re also accepting video submissions, and all video posts and reviews over 1 minute in length are eligible for a 25% discount at the GameAgent Store.  You’ll get an additional 25% off for each minute your video lasts.  So let’s get vocal, people, and let us know what’s on your mind!

Okay, we admit it–the rules of our Laugh and Win Contest may have been a little more challenging than we intended.  Not only is coming up with a decent joke relatively tough, but finding a way to connect a Jedi, a dinosaur, and a teacher within a joke can be downright hard.  We promise to make it easier next time!
