Quicksave: Aspyr Discounts Best of Mac App

To celebrate being on the Mac App Store for the past year, Aspyr Media is discounting 4 of its Mac App titles by 30% this weekend only.  The titles comprise the games featured in the Mac App Store’s “Best of 2011,” including The Secret of Monkey Island: Special Edition, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Mac App Game of the Year Civilization V: Campaign Edition.  As noted above, the discounts are good through end of day (11:59pm CST) Sunday, January 8, so head over to the Mac App Store now!

    Are you ever going to update civilization 5? It’s been 2 months already since cross-platform compatibility has been removed. I don’t want to complain, but I bought civilization 5 to play online…

      Hey, Xav, we know it’s frustrating, but we’re working on the update.  Per the official Aspyr response:

      “Aspyr is working in conjunction with our partners Firaxis/2K on the latest Civilization V PC patch in efforts to bring this update to the Mac as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make the Mac patch available to Civilization V Mac customers by early February.     I can’t believe you stopped porting Call of Duty for mac… We want modern warfare 2, or Black Ops or MW3!!! I’m sure they’d be an instant hit!
